I had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel’s location in a quiet area in Pudong was exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast provided a lot of choices and the staff were all very helpful.

the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with spacious and modern bathrooms. the staff provided excellent service, welcoming us with great hospitality. We especially enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet, with a range of fresh and delicious cuisine options to choose from. the gym, pool and spa facilities were a real bonus, clean and well-equipped to meet our every need.

The hotel was a bit distant from shopping and convenient stores.

From the moment we stepped into this hotel, we were treated like royalty. the magnificent restaurant served the most exquisite meals, with a wide range of international cuisines that left us wanting more. the luxurious indoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing dip, the surrounding lounge area was ideal for a cocktail or two with friends. the private facilities offered an exclusive and intimate experience. Our room was spacious with exclusive amenities, making us feel like we were in a private oasis. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill our every request.

The only minor issue we experienced was the location, as it was quite far from the city center, but with the help of the friendly staff, we were able to easily navigate a taxi ride there.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a lovely time! The rooms were clean and spacious with amazing views of the city skyline. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food to choose from, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The gym and pool facilities were also well-maintained and had plenty of equipment.

The air conditioning didn't work properly in the room, making it a bit chilly. When we asked for assistance, it took a while for someone to come and the issue was not fully resolved. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was slow at times, making it difficult to work remotely. Despite these small inconveniences, we still had a wonderful time and would consider staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Room and Excellent Service

Spent a weekend in a stunning hotel with beautiful gardens and amazing facilities. The rooms were spacious, and the beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast and buffet lunch had a lot of variations, all fresh and delicious. The swimming pool and gym were highly maintained and clean, including the provision of towels and water. The staff service was highly rated with nothing too much trouble. The hotel location was well-situated and easy to navigate with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants.

The in-room air conditioning did not work well in the winter. Despite the technician's efforts to resolve the issue, the room remained cold, and the aircon only worked at 24 degrees.
